If you told me a year ago that detoxing my liver was important, I would laugh at you (and wait patiently for you to try and sell me on some hoaky “detox tea” you were promoting, LOL).

But for real, now that I am understanding my gut issues a whole lot more, I totally realize that I was overlooking the importance of your liver with all this!

You see, impaired liver function can cause a ton of digestive issues… Including bloating, gas, acid reflux, and even constipation! And the same goes the other way around: if you have digestive issues, it really puts a lot of stress on your liver!

Due to my gut problems, my liver is in OVERDRIVE right now as I work to kill of this Candida and all this nasty bacteria in my stomach. And to keep myself from being miserable while I heal, I REALLY have to hone in on cleansing my liver!

So, this is what I am doing to ensure that my liver is good to go:
🌱Drink Milk Thistle Tea daily and Dandelion Tea!
🌱Remove toxic foods from my diet (this one is easy because I only eat organic foods right now… but think: refined sugar, processed meats, hydrogenated oils)
🌱Drink raw veggie juice/smoothies! *The most ideal veggies to cleanse the liver include cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, and Brussels & Take Opti Greens yo!
🌱Loading up on potassium-rich foods like spinach, avocado and squash
🌱EAT liver! “Like Supports Like” so I am taking in a Grass-fed Beef Liver supplement which feeds my liver and makes it stronger! (@ancestralsupplements is where I got this)

Curious: Did you know that your liver and digestion are extremely correlated? 🤔 Even if you don’t have serious digestion problems, try some of my above suggestions (especially when you get bloated).
